Today, House Committee on Veterans' Affairs Ranking Member Tim Walz (D-MN) released the following statement:

"We need to get back to the work of serving veterans. I don't know a lot about Admiral Jackson, but I know he has a lot of work to do following the chaos and dysfunction President Trump has created at the VA," said Rep. Walz, the highest ranking enlisted servicemember ever to serve in Congress. "The stakes are high and Admiral Jackson must put veterans first, listen to VSOs and fight any and all attempts to fully privatize the VA."
