Governor Kate Brown today ordered all flags at Oregon public institutions to be flown at half-staff immediately until sunset on Tuesday, July 19 in honor of the victims of the attack in Nice, France.
"My heart is with France," Governor Brown said. "Please keep the people of France in your thoughts as they cope with yet another senseless act of violence."
