Issue Position

The United States is an exceptional nation because of the brave men and women that have sacrificed to keep our country safe. I'm committed to honoring our veterans and I'll work to ensure they have a better transition from active duty to civilian life. I'll support legislation that encourages businesses to hire veterans and allows schools, apprenticeship programs, and occupational licensing authorities to recognize the skills and experience our veterans have gained in the military.
