Congressman John Sarbanes (D-Md.) issued the following statement today after Maryland Health Connection announced that Maryland had one of the fastest-growing health care enrollment periods in the nation:
"The significant increase in Marylanders getting covered is just one way that the Affordable Care Act benefits Maryland families. With access to high-quality and affordable care, hundreds of thousands of Marylanders are getting health insurance and now they can enjoy the improved financial stability and peace of mind that comes with being covered."
