Gov. Daugaard Orders Flags At Half-Staff For Justice Scalia

Gov. Dennis Daugaard requests that all flags in the state be flown at half-mast, effective immediately, to honor the life of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia who passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2016.
The Governor asks that all flags remain at half-staff until Justice Scalia's interment.
