Congressman Kevin Brady, (R-TX) released the following statement in response to the President's veto of H.R. 3762 The Restoring Americans' Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act of 2015, which dismantles the key pillars of Obamacare and defunds Planned Parenthood for one year. The budget bill was developed by several committees, including the Ways & Means Committee chaired by Congressman Brady.

"Today President Obama has chosen to stand on the wrong side of history. He insists on forcing Americans to buy expensive and unusable health care while funneling taxpayer dollars to subsidize the gruesome practices at Planned Parenthood,"
