Sasse Statement on Terror Attacks in Paris

Statement

Date: Nov. 13, 2015

U.S. Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE), a member of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, issued the following statement today regarding the terror attacks in Paris, France.

"This is a stark reminder that the United States and free people across the globe must develop a serious strategy to defeat those who turn stadiums and concert halls into killing fields. These murderers must be hunted, killed, and destroyed. Confronting the growing threat of violent jihadism is a defining foreign policy challenge of our time. Americans will mourn and stand alongside our French allies in this long and difficult task."
