While I am personally pro-life, I do not believe that the government should legislate this, as there are a myriad of beliefs in regard to when life begins. For some it is heartbeat, others conception, and some it is first breath. I generally fall under the category of viability of the baby as a cut off.

The EPA was created to be an advisory board to assist with trials as expert witnesses. It has since become an arbitrary enforcement arm of the federal government. While no one wants dirty air or water, the expanded role government has taken in this regard has harmed business and individuals.
