| My answer to (e) depends on the method. It should be easy to register. Having said that, New Hampshire requires no registration prior to voting. The method for automatic registration would have to be at least as secure as our current system. Additionally, if we sign up everyone and they choose not to vote, we are creating a bit of overhead for supervisors of the checklist when it comes time to purge. | |||

Once those are done, we will know he cost and can decide how to fund it. requiring that it be funded and for how much is the first step. |
