| Implementation of the National Health Care Act- Colorado will join other states in implementing the complex provisions of national health care reform in a sensible and efficient manner. I am particularly interested in establishing the insurance exchange in Colorado in a way to ensure that insurance companies provide competitive and easily understood policies that will be readily available. Funding for Higher Education- I am on the legislative advisory panel for the Higher Education Commission which is exploring ways to ensure access to quality affordable higher education in Colorado.
