Why I am running for Congress

We need a Representative, Loyal to the Constitution, who remembers what America was like, ... when America was Great and ... will fight to bring it back. I am that Independent Constitutional Republican.

I don't believe government should try to protect us from ourselves... I am convinced that what is right and good will always triumph,. if we fight for it... And I am asking you, to fight beside me, to Restore America.

America is the Greatest Country on Earth not because of what it has achieved or accomplished but because it is dedicated to the Principal of Human Liberty, grounded on the Truth that all men are created equal and endowed with equal rights. America, as Jesus said, "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden."

The World Needs America, as the "Shining City on the Hill", ... as an example to follow, Free, Dynamic and Proud. We need to be that Example and lead the people of the World to be their own Shining City on a Hill.

The People of the World need to see that Human Liberty, Honesty, Law and Order and Private Property Rights embodied in the Laws of their Government, will lead to their Prosperity.

America is infected with Party Politics. We must end it now!.. And focus on what is needed to make America Great once again, ... Reduced Regulations,.. Smaller Government,.. Lower Taxes,.. Cut the National Budget 5%, each year, for each of the next 4 years,... and Repeal ObamaCare. Those actions will show "Economic Stability" and encourage Small Business to invest, borrow, hire and produce; raising incomes, and demand for American Made Products.. and "South Jersey will rise", .. with the "Free Enterprise Tide of America".

End Party Politics by electing Independent Charles Lukens to Congress. And I am asking you to fight beside me, to defeat Party Politics. South Jersey needs a man, in our "Bully Pulpit" Congressional seat, to expose Un-Constitutional behavior and Demand Constitutional Compliance. A Constitutional, Citizens Lobbyist.

Our Constitution is not Republican or Democratic, ... it is American and Officers of our Government Swear Allegiance to support and defend the US. Constitution . Send me to Washington, to Uphold the Constitution.

Your current Representative has Agreed to raise the National Debt Limit by 4 Trillion Dollars. ... I will fight to lower the Debt limit and the National Debt; and increase the Stability of America's Economic Environment.
