1. I will solve the federal debt by cutting one penny for each dollar spend
2. Cut foreign AID which ADDS up to billions of dollars or move. We can use that same money to help our debt. No country will not help us with our debt.

I will have companies with healthcare to bid a contract with the government, the healthcare company that offers the lowest price rates, for example if someone is paying $100 every-two and the company offers 50.00 ever two.
