Priority Issues:

WE MUST CREATE A BUSINESS FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT:
I want to streamline and centralize a uniform set of rules for intelligent business creation and comprehensive planning. Let's move away from the guess work we have from city to city.

WE MUST FIND WAYS TO LOWER THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS IN RHODE ISLAND.
Draconian Taxes, permitting fees, licensing requirements and surcharges only discourage businesses to move here.

WE MUST OPEN OUR PORTS TO COMMERCIAL VENTURES.
Rhode Island must do a better job at utilizing our ports to boost revenue.

WE MUST FUND EDUCATION.
We must properly fund our schools. We must continue to pass our fair funding formula to guarantee our students to compete on the world stage. This our future…without them our future is bleak!

WE MUST CONTINUE THE DISCUSSION OF PENSION REFORM
This is a serious issue that needs immediate attention. Let's create a roundtable of further ideas to deal with this issue.

WE MUST ENCOURAGE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Let's continue to pass comprehensive ethical rules of government to encourage transparency and accountability.
