Reason for Seeking Public Office:
I truly believe the people of Chautauqua County will be far better off having a physician, father and highly effective legislator, as their next Assemblyman in Albany. Too many people and families in our County face major obstacles in their lives including unemployment or low paying jobs, unsustainable taxes, unaffordable health care costs including Medicaid, deteriorating lake conditions, to name just a few. And just about everyone is extremely frustrated with their current government. I share your frustration. I believe the voters in this County want a legislator who will actually be effective, work closely with Governor Cuomo and reach across the aisle. I did that in Mayville and will do the same in Albany. I also believe most voters will support my independent thinking, positive attitude and desire to attract well paying jobs to our County. In November, Chautauqua County voters have a real choice, they can continue the status quo and send another lawyer to Albany, or they can make history and send a doctor and true reformer to Albany.
