Number of Grandchildren:

We had nine when I announced in Jan 08, my intention to run. We now have 10 and will have 13 by the time Christmas comes!! Now that's a growing interest in America and it's future.

Priority Issues:

Border Protection. Security for Americans within our borders is a primary Constitutional function of the federal government. We need to protect our borders for a number of reasons, illegal immigration, drugs and terrorism, among the most pressing. We live in the best nation on earth. Every country has multitudes, who would like to come to America, some to assimilate, others just to take advantage of our compassion. Immigration must be done in a limited, orderly and lawful manner according the needs of OUR country not the needs of foreign governments and it's citizens.

The Fair-Tax, which I endorsed 12 years ago, was co-sponsored in congress by Rep. Steve Pearce. The Fair-Tax would level the playing field for American made products, both here and in foreign markets. I will work hard with others to reform and do away with the IRS. The Corporate tax needs to be eliminated. This will encourage companies to come back home, bringing jobs, technology and investment capitol with them.

Reason for Seeking Public Office:

I'm running for one reason, to protect our rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, that's it.

My solution is simple, conservative principles, we use conservative principles to raise our families and run our businesses.

Our founding Fathers intended that our government be based on these same conservative principles.

They knew that Self Determination and Personal Responsibility are the keys to America's greatness. That is why I am running for congress.
