Vote to adopt an amendment that increases the types of records the governor or a gubernatorial appointee must make public.
-Mandates most records of the office of the governor to be public records. -Provides exceptions for pre-decisional mental impressions, advice, proposals, or opinions created for the purpose of assisting the governor in the formulation of a decision in the usual course of duties related to the office and any record pertaining to the schedule of the governor, his spouse, or his child which contains security details. -Allows for records pertaining to meeting or events the governor attends or transportation thereto to be kept confidential for a maximum of seven days after the event.
