Vote to pass a bill that limits cases in which a defendant who is found guilty of first degree murder may be sentenced to death to cases in which the State presents to the jury biological or DNA evidence that links the defendant to the murder, a videotape of the defendant confessing to the murder, or a video recording that conclusively links the defendant to the murder.
