Title: Employment Verification Program

Highlights:

-Requires employers to submit an application every sixty days until they are accepted to the program (Sec. 1). -Allows the state to levy fines up to $3000 on employers who fail to participate in the program (Sec. 1). -Requires that employers immediately terminate the employment of an individual who is determined to be ineligible to work in the U.S. by the E-verify program and imposes a fine of $50 per day per employee for failure to comply (Sec. 1).
