Title: Allowing Pistols in Restaurants

Highlights:

- Requires restaurants that allow pistols to conspicuously post signs at entrances reading "This establishment allows pistols and serves alcohol. Posted pursuant to A.R.S. Section 4-229" (Sec. 2). - Prohibits anyone who is not a peace officer from remove their pistol from a holster or other place of concealment while at a restaurant, except to defend the life of that person or another person (Sec. 32).
