Title: State Employee Pay Raise

Vote to pass a concurrent resolution that grants a one to three percent wage increase to state employees, and increases health insurance premiums for state employees by 29 percent.

Highlights:
- Recommends the Joint Finance Appropriations Committee provide funding for a three percent increase in employee compensation, with a minimum increase of one percent for all eligible employees.
