Vote to pass a bill that prevents localities adopting environmental and health standards that are stricter than state regulations in order to block the development of animal feedlots.
-Prohibits county commissioners from regulating the size, the species present, and the location of commercial feedlots (sec. 2). -Prevents counties from establishing regulations that would impose a substantial economic burden on an already existing animal feedlot (sec. 2). -Applies the same rules to townships (sec. 6).
