Highlights:

• Requires the City councils of the city of las vegas and the city of North Las Vegas to establish a workforce development program (Sec. 1). 

• Requires the City Councils to receive updates on the programs and post information about the programs (Sec. 1). 

• Requires every public utility which is owned by the city of Las Vegas to include certain information in public utility bills (Sec. 1).
