Vote to concur with senate amendments and pass a bill that prohibits individuals from receiving a concealed carry permit if they are on probation for a crime punishable for more than a year imprisonment, been involuntarily committed to a treatment facility for more than 30 days, or has a history of violence against another person, and increases penalties for illegal gun ownership to up to 5 years in prison.
