  • Defines “completion of all terms of sentence” as terms including, but not limited to the following  (Sec. 4):

    • Release from any term of incarceration;

    • Termination from any term of supervision, including  probation or community control supervised by the Department of Corrections or the Florida Commission on Offender Review;

    • Termination from any term of parole supervised by the Florida Commission on Offender Review;

    • Full payment of any financial obligation ordered by the court as part of a sentence, regardless of whether such financial obligation in continued through a civil judgement including restitution, costs of supervision, fines, fees, and court costs.
