Title: Employment Non-Discrimination Act of 2013

Highlights:

- Prohibits an employer from discriminating against an individual for opposing any practice prohibited by this bill or participating in an investigation, proceeding, or hearing under this bill (Sec. 5).
- Authorizes the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to administer and enforce the provisions of this bill in the same manner as title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Government Employee Rights Act of 1991 (Sec. 10).
- Exempts corporations, associations, educational institutions, institutions of learning, and societies that are exempt from the religious discrimination provisions of title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 from the provisions of this bill (Sec. 6).
- Specifies that the term “employment” does not apply to the relationship between the United States and members of the Armed Forces (Sec. 7).
