Title: Repeals Public Campaign Financing

Vote to pass a resolution that submits a constitutional amendment to the voters that prohibits the use of public funds for campaign financing.

  • Prohibits the use of public funds to finance campaigns for public office, which includes, but is not limited to, the following (Sec. 1):

    • The assessment of taxes or fees to be used toward campaign financing.
