Requires all cougar hunters to possess valid permits and tags issued by the State Fish and Wildlife Commission (Sec. 2).
Limits the annual fee for a permit and tag to $100 for Oregon residents and $300 for non-residents (Sec. 2).
Specifies that this act will expire on January 2, 2020 (Sec. 5).
