U.S. House Majority Whip James E. Clyburn issued the following statement today on passage of H.Res. 660.
"Today, I voted to move forward to the next phase of the impeachment process. The Intelligence, Oversight, and Foreign Relations Committees have collected disturbing evidence that this President has abused his power, sought to undermine our democracy, and endangered our national security. The time has come to shine a light on his actions so the American people can know the full gravity of his disregard for our Constitution. Once the evidence is made public, we can make an informed judgment and move our country beyond these dark days."
