Issue Position

We owe a great debt to our nation's veterans and their spouses, dependents, and survivors. Having served six years as a physician in the United States Navy, I have a strong personal appreciation for the sacrifices of our nation's veterans who chose to answer the call to serve.
As a Member of the House Armed Services Personnel Subcommittee, I am working closely with the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans' Affairs to improve TRICARE, our nation's military healthcare system.
