As a lifelong conservative and the former Horry County Republican Party Executive Committeeman, Russell has long worked to elect leaders who understand that the people who spend money best are the people who earn it, not politicians in Columbia or inside the beltway. That's why Russell is dedicated to lowering the tax burden for all South Carolinians -- families, individuals, seniors, and small business owners.

As our next Representative, Russell will fight for a smaller, fairer, and simpler tax system that keeps more money in the pockets of the people who earn it, one that allows businesses to invest more of their capital and hire more workers, and one that leads to an improved economy and more job creation.
