Statement by Governor Tom Vilsack

Glenwood, IA-Governor Tom Vilsack issued the following statement today in response to the United States Supreme Court unanimous decision in the RACI case:

"Congratulations to Attorney General Tom Miller on behalf of the people of Iowa. This unanimous decision by the Supreme Court takes a tremendous amount of pressure off the infrastructure budget for the state ensuring we have the resources to continue providing a good quality of life for all Iowans."
