U.S. Congressman Pat Tiberi (R-OH) announced today his nominees for further consideration to admission of the U.S. Service Academies' classes of 2019.

"The students I chose for appointments to our U.S. Service Academies are outstanding and they will successfully represent Ohio throughout the selection process," said Congressman Tiberi. "I wish them the best of luck and I look forward to following their future endeavors."

Congressman Tiberi nominated 28 students from Ohio's 12th Congressional District to be considered for appointment to one of five U.S. Service Academies. After a competitive nomination process, each academy will evaluate each individual student for admission based on evidence of character, scholarship, leadership, physical aptitude, medical fitness, goals and motivation in determining each nominee's "whole-person" evaluation.
