Enroll Now for 2015 Health Coverage

Statement

Date: Dec. 4, 2014

The Affordable Care Act will help make sure every American has access to affordable, quality health care. The law makes it possible for Michiganians who do not currently have health insurance to obtain comprehensive, affordable coverage either through expanded access to the Medicaid program or through a private insurer. While some of the provisions of the law have already gone into effect, such as allowing young adults the option to stay on their parents health insurance until age 26, other aspects of the law have yet to be fully implemented.

I would encourage you to learn about the new health reform law and how it can help you and your family by clicking on the links below to the White House website, HealthCare.gov, which is operated by the Department of Health and Human Services, and other resources.
