Perlmutter Remembers One Year Anniversary Of Colorado Floods

Rep. Ed Perlmutter (CO-O7) issued following statement on the anniversary of the Colorado floods:

" One year ago many of our communities experience unprecedented flooding never before seen in the history of Colorado. Lives, homes and businesses were torn apart or lost. The crisis was met with first responders, agencies and volunteers who immediately came together to help our neighbors rebuild and restore. In the days and weeks after the floods, Colorado's Congressional delegation also teamed up to secure the funding and resources need to rebuild our state. We have made significant progress over the last year, but can never forget the lives lost and families impacted by this devastation. Some communities still face challenges in rebuilding homes and critical infrastructure. We will ensure every community receives the support they need and will not stop working until every community is whole again."
