Stivers Statement on Military Action in Syria

Congressman Steve Stivers (R-OH) released the following statement in response to last night's military action in Syria:

"I support President Obama's course of action in Syria and Iraq. These Muslim extremist groups are a real threat to America and we must continue to take action with our coalition partners and work towards building an even larger coalition moving forward, including ensuring partners like Saudi Arabia pay for much of the costs of this effort. The strategy could help ensure that these battles are fought in the Middle East and not here at home."
