Cramer Statement on President Obama's Address

Tonight Congressman Kevin Cramer released the following statement after President Barack Obama's address on ISIS:

"I am encouraged to hear the President speak with the kind of conviction which has thus far been missing in his handling of terrorism. I believe this is a serious threat, not just to the Middle East, but directly to the United States. When you have American citizens and others with western passports becoming fighters with ISIS, this becomes our fight. While I am inclined to support the President's plan, I look forward to hearing more at a classified briefing by members of the President's national security team tomorrow morning. I hope the President is prepared to lead and is committed to finishing the job, including building the right coalition to keep the region stable in the long term. The world is not safe when America isn't leading, and we haven't been leading for quite some time."
