Alex Mooney, the Republican nominee for West Virginia's second congressional district, announced that he has raised $604,000 in the third fundraising quater of the 2014 election cycle.

"I am humbled by the incredible outpouring of support my campaign is receiving from across West Virginia and this great country," said Alex Mooney. "As I travel across our district meeting with voters and community leaders, the message is clear: we need to stop President Obama's job-killing agenda. Unlike my opponent who has been endorsed by Obama, I pledge to fight against Obama's job-killing policies like Obamacare and the War on Coal. West Virginians value the freedom to own a gun, the right to life, and the ability to find a good paying job. It's clear that Nick Casey does not share these conservative West Virginia values."
