End the Tyranny!

Statement

The schools are
often failing to teach the
United States Constitution.
Because the schools
are failing to teach,
the people are left
unprotected from
tyranny.

The people are oppressed
and being forced to submit
to drug tests, in violation
of their U.S. Constitutional
right to be free from
warrantless searches
and seizures of their
persons and their property,
which includes their blood
and urine.

The people are being
oppressed and being
accused of being guilty of
drug crimes with no
evidence, which is a
violation of the
U.S. Constitution
which says we are
all innocent
until proven guilty.

The politicians and
corporations and
medical boards are
continually forcing
people submit to
drug urine tests
for illegal drugs
and to have to
prove over and
over again that
they are innocent.

The problem is that
the U.S. Constitution
is not being
taught often enough
in all schools.

These warrantless
searches and
seizures, and
Un-Constitutional
accusations of
guilt of the people
must stop.

It is the government
and corporations
that are guilty,
guilty of violating
the U.S. Constitution.

Declaration of
Independence 1776
...whenever any form of
government becomes
destructive of these
ends, it is the right of
the people to alter or
abolish it, and to
institute a new
Government...when a
long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing
invariably the same
object envinces a design
to reduce them under
absolute Despotism, it
is their right, it is their
duty, to throw off such
Government, and to
provide new guards for
their future security. ...

U.S. Constitution
Amendment 5...
no person shall be deprived
of life, liberty or property
without due process of law...
(Your blood and urine are
your property, and an
accusation of using illegal
drugs is a criminal
accusation against you
by your employer or your
medical doctor, neither of
whom have any legal
right of action to charge
you with such a crime.)

U.S. Constitution
Amendment 14...
nor shall any State deprive
anyu person of life, liberty,
or property without
due process of law...
(again, your urine and blood
are your property, and
when the State allows
the Medical Board to
deny you a right to a
prescription medicine
unless you take a drug
urine test for illegal drugs,
then the State is in
Conspiracy with the
Medical Board to violate
the U.S. Constitution.)

U.S. Constitution
Amendment 4...
The right of the people
to be secure in their
persons (that includes
your blood and urine),
houses, papers, and
effects, against
unreasonable searches
and seizures, shall not
be violated,
and no Warrants shall
issue, but upon probable
cause, supported by
Oath or affirmation, and
particularly describing
the place to be searched,
and the persons or things
to be seized. ( If your
employer and/or your
medical doctor have
demaned a drug urine
test for illegal drugs
without getting a search warrant, then they are
violating the U.S. Constitution. )
