Ryan Zinke Visits Crow Agency, Hosts Event at Crow Fair

Montana candidate for U.S. Congress, Ryan Zinke visited the Crow Agency on Sunday to take part in the 96th Crow Fair Celebration, an annual event that includes a parade, rodeo, and other festivities.

Zinke, who spent the afternoon serving lunch to Crow Fair attendees, noted the need to encourage natural resource development on the reservation.

"My campaign team and I served lunch to over 500 people this afternoon at the Crow Fair. A concern that was raised by many of the people I spoke with was how to bring jobs and economic growth to the Crow Agency," said Zinke.

Zinke emphasized that promoting policies to help create jobs and economic opportunity is at the top of his agenda when it comes to supporting the Crow people.

"We need to make sure the tribe can benefit from their abundant coal resources," continued Zinke "Ensuring the Crow can develop their natural resources will improve their economy and create jobs."
