Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association Endorses Doug Ose

Today, Doug Ose announced the endorsement of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association (HJTA) PAC. The HJTA offered the endorsement because of Ose's long-standing record of being a taxpayer advocate for people throughout Sacramento County.

"Doug Ose clearly understands the principles of our economic system and recognizes that low taxes drive economic growth. He has consistently promoted taxpayer's rights and we are proud to make this endorsement," said Jon Coupal, president of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association.

"Our economy is stalled by sluggish growth and one of the slowest recoveries in history. Unlike what Congressman Bera believes, higher taxes are not the answer. As a small business owner I know what it takes to grow the economy and put more money in the hands of hard-working families," said Doug Ose. "HJTA's work on Proposition 13 to protect seniors from skyrocketing property taxes is commendable. I am honored to accept this endorsement."
