This act requires all PA Voters to present valid identification before voting during all elections. Although, Rep. Parker opposed this legislation, she created a Voter Identification Education Guide as a resource to arm constituents with the proper information needed to acquire a valid ID for voting purposes. This guide was used as a model for others to replicate statewide.
