Issue Position

States Right means that States can block unconstitutional federal laws. With a Federal government that increasingly disregards Constitutional restrictions, we must pursue our responsibility to block these overreaches at the state level.

We need to protect our civil liberties and enforcing states rights provides that opportunity.

The tenth amendment states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."

Scott Noble takes that to heart.
