Employees across Wisconsin go to work everyday, and work hard to create profits for area businesses. Wisconsin's profit creators deserve their fair share of these profits, which includes a fair wage that doesn't require them to live in poverty while working full-time. Raising Wisconsin's minimum wage and ensuring Wisconsin's women receive equal pay for equal work will lift up all communities and Wisconsin families, while also spurring economic growth and reducing the need for public assistance.
