Issue Position

Many of us have chosen to live in Ellicott City because of the high quality of our public school system. Maintaining educational excellence is my highest priority. Our legacy to society is the educated children we send into the world. We must demand accountability of taxpayer resources devoted to public school education and demand that our schools adapt to meet the demands of a world where change is constant.

We must ensure our students have access to technology as it develops to ensure the skills developed in our schools are relevant; giving our young adults the opportunity to succeed as they leave the classroom and head off to college or enter the workforce.
