Government does not create jobs. But government has done a lot to get in the way of families and business creating the jobs we need to get our economy growing again. We must review all federal regulations and determine the economic impact they have on job creation. Most of these are duplicative and are much more effectively handled at the state level. By repealing unnecessary red tape and regulations, small business will be free to hire people across Montana. As your Congressman, I will fight to roll back the intrusive overreach of unelected federal bureaucrats at the IRS, EPA, DOJ and any other agency passing rules without Congressional.
