Today Rep. Gloria Negrete McLeod (D-Montclair) issued the following statement on President Obama's budget proposal:

"I am encouraged with the President's FY2015 budget proposal that targets critically important issues facing American families such as investment in our children through early childhood education programs like Head Start, job training initiatives and critical infrastructure investment to fix our roads and put people back to work. I look forward to working with the President and my Congressional colleagues to pass a responsible spending plan that also reduces our national deficit."
