Republicans must always maintain free-enterprise at the core of our platform. Goods and services should move as freely as possible around the world. This system of free-enterprise has given millions the freedom to make their own life, lifted billions out of poverty, and created trillions of dollars of real value. In order to maintain the success of free-enterprise we need to enforce our orders and guard against those who will harm our way of life while also making sure that anyone who wants to come, adopt our culture, pay their own way, and add to our economy have a fair immigration process to do so.

Comprehensive reform always gets hijacked by special interests, so we need a series of changes to the law that makes it easier for enterprising and innovative foreigners to pay to attend college in the US and stay here working afterwards, allowing companies to hire good employees from anywhere that makes the best economic sense, and ensure that we crack down on human-trafficking.
