Issue Position

In the current economic climate, Congressman Gregg Harper believes that federal lawmakers have to make certain we are spending our tax dollars wisely. Congress must provide state transportation departments the flexibility to handle the requirements unique to that state or region. Due to the size of most projects, a long-term strategic vision is necessary for a smart, affordable and sustainable transportation system.
