Congressman Gregg Harper is a co-sponsor of the "CPI for Seniors Act," which would direct the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) to finally determine a new CPI-S formula for Social Security that more accurately reflects the costs incurred by older Americans, specifically individuals in the United States who are 62 years of age or older.
