Instead of advancing a bill that focuses on access to care, protects the patient-doctor relationship and lowers health care premiums through increased competition and choice, the president signed a $1.7 trillion law that raids $764 billion from Medicare and raises taxes over $1 trillion. This figure is the result of 21 tax increases contained in ObamaCare, more than half of which impact everyone regardless of income level.
